About Wayne Lajoie
Wayne Lajoie is the Principle at Syncopated Business Solutions (Sync Biz Solutions). He is a business consultant specializing in sales transformation, process efficiencies and market/product expansion for B2B organizations aiming to accelerate growth and improve sales performance. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience in distribution, facility solutions, and sustainable products, Wayne helps companies optimize go-to-market strategies, restructure sales organizations, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
He recently led the U.S. market expansion for Project Clean, a Canadian sustainable chemical manufacturer, building the full GTM strategy including regulatory, pricing, and channel development. Previously, as VP of Sales & Strategy at ODP Business Solutions, he transformed a flat $420M segment into a $600M business through strategic sales planning, accountability programs, and innovative customer initiatives.
Wayne has held senior roles at Staples, Grainger, and private equity-backed firms, combining boardroom vision with hands-on execution. He holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
